CENTROPA WEBINAR: Teaching Jewish history and national history. Textbooks in Moldova and Georgia


Centropa is hosting webinars to discuss current issues on Jewish life in Moldova and
Georgia. In two sessions, experts from both countries spoke about antisemitism and current
challenges to society, as well as opportunities and challenges to teaching Jewish history in
both countries.

The first webinar took place on Monday, December 13th, 2021, at 16.00 to 17.00 CET.

does this differ historically? To what extent is Jewish history told alongside or integrated into
national history?
